Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Thanks for taking ride at or in our app (WAKUK)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your ride, we're here to help.

We do not provide return & refund policy, however if the ride is cancelled before 5 mins of Wakuk Partner accepted the ride, subject to trip cancelled by Passenger we will refund your payments. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Wakuk makes best possible efforts to provide quality rides. All vehicles types (EASY, COMFORT, SPACIOUS) undergo quality checks and required tests to ensure: efficiency, safety & reliability.

Once we receive your email on or request on our Live Chat ( or our customer care (+917780443190) for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting cancellation outstanding balancefrom your original payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds will be issue to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase.
